PROJECT DESCRIPTION
 
SERENA VILLAGE, with an enviable strategic placement, is located 10 minutes away from the Punta Cana International Airport, 15 minutes away from all the beaches in the area and right next to Hospiten, the most important international hospital in the region.
 
This is a private project, and completely enclosed, that counts with controlled access with security guard and 24 hour security service. It will be develope in 5 stages inside an area of more than 200,000 m2, and will house 1504 properties in 94 modular building blocks, all of them with elevators and 16 apartments.
The interior design of the units offers an equal distribution between all the apararments and they are composed of: 1 drawing room, 1 kitchen, 1 integrated breakfast dinning table, 1 balcony, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom, in an area of 69.67 m2 incluiding comunal areas and 1 parking space per apartment. All the units are fully furnished and equip with the following:
 
 A bed for two in the main bedroom, with backrest and two night tables.
 A two and a half place sofa in the living room, with center table and two ottomans.
 A breakfast/dining table with granite countertop and three stools.

 Refrigerator
 Extractor Fan
 Washer and Dryer located under the breakfast countertop..
 In the living room, one TV stand, a center table and a futon convertible in a full size bed.
 2 air conditioning units, one in the main bedroom and one in the living room; and pre installation for a third unit in the drawing room area.
 
Up to date, we have developed the first phase of the first Stage, the which houses 160 apartment units in 10 central building blocks, all of them surrounding 2 pools, green areas, gardens and common social areas of gazebos and mini gazebos for BBQ..
The second phase of this stage is composed of 7 building blocks, located in the frontal and posterior perimeters of the central building blocks and this phase is also in the process of completion with delivery date of September 2013. And this will complete the delivery of the entire first stage.
When the project has been fully developed, it will also count with amenities and additional benefits, such as:

For the maintenance fee we have estimated a monthly fee of around 80-120 USD per apartment and this includes the following: purified wáter for domestic use, cleaning for common areas, landscaping, pest control in common areas, swimming pool maintenance, elevator maintenance, electricity for common areas, security service, beach club membership and shuttle bus service.
 
Since the Project will be built in various stages, at the present time we are currently commercializing the second stage of the 4 still to be develop, and is schedule to start development in the month of June in the current calendar year and promise of delivery of keys in the year 2014. And this will occur in the month of March and finalizing in the month of June 2014 with the delivery of all the units in this stage.
 
This stage will consist, firstly of a central area composed of 9 building blocks with 144 apartment units, with 72 units having a pool view and 72 units having a garden view. The unit prices for this stage is subject to the active price list and existing payment methods, this will be detailed further ahead. Also scheduled to begin development in the month of July are the Shopping Plaza and the Project administrative and property management offices, with scheduled completion date to be December 2014.

 Copy of 10% down payment receipt.
 
To prepare the contract of purchase intent, with the name of a company or legal person, it takes the following to complete:
 Copy of ID or passport of the company's president

 Copy of updated commercial certification.
 RNC Number
 Copy of Act of Assembly authorizing the principal to sign contracts
 Pre credit clearance form.
 Copy of a 2nd valid picture id
 Copy of 10% down payment receipt
 
Note
All records of stakeholders or potential customers are subject to a pre-credit clearance process, to determine if they are eligible for bank financing. So it is essential to signing this consent request for credit.
 
PAYMENT INFORMATION
For the payment of separation and / or payments made under the contract commitment of intent to purchase, direct deposits can be made on account and / or bank transfers when in Dominican Republic or check deposits and or bank transfers when abroad.
